Let me start with the product works very well. I was sent an email to review the product, which was ordered about 10 days ago so you would think it’s safe to send an email requesting a review. Unfortunately, I still have yet to receive it. I understand covid has delayed shipping but it seems as though they waited over a week before they shipped the item out. This is my second order and my first one was also delayed. So for what’s its worth I think the product is great but the company itself could use a lot of improvement. I would suggest the product to friend but with the disclaimer to be prepared to wait and plan accordingly.

Placed an order on 4/20 for a 12 pack and received a tracking number on 4/20 and have yet to receive my order or do I believe that it's even shipped. In 9 more days it will have been a Month since I placed my order. I get that Covid-19 has slowed things down but a month seems like a bit excessive. I also sent an email regarding the status of my order and have yet to hear anything back! Definitely not the greatest shopping experience or customer service. If my order ever shows up I'm not sure I'll ever be ordering from you guys again!

This cleaner is amazing!!! It truly does only take a few shakes to coat my bong, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and pour as much of the cleaning gel back into the pouch to reuse again. I can now keep my glass sparkling clean with very little effort, and I swear the glass looks better than it was when it was brand new. I use the gel every other day and I’ve found that the more frequently you clean your glass the more reuses you’ll get from a pouch of gel. As long as Resolution gel is available, I’ll never go back to the traditional alcohol/salt/dawn method.

Res is the best
Always the best it is seriously basically self cleaning. You pour in the res let it still rinse with warm water and boom all ur pieces look brand new. I absolutely love it, Thank you

I love this stuff
The resolution get is amazing. I use it to clean all of my glass filter tips for rolling, all of my glass pieces, and it’ll even get melted wax or shatter off of a surface is you pour a little bit on the spot and scrub it. I highly recommend this for any stoner who cares about cleanliness.
